Golf in a changing world. How can we still get our golf fix?
Posted on: 30 March
The Prime Minister last night passed down increased restrictions in the interest of community health.
Some of the more applicable changes included but are not limited to:
– Maximum group size (2 persons)
– Those over 70 are instructed to self-isolate.
– Stay at home unless necessary.
So, how do we move forward?
We have reviewed the tee sheets accordingly, from Monday 30th March each tee time will be limited to a maximum of 2 people.
If you had a tee time over the coming days, please check this as your time will have been altered to accommodate the max group size.
Unless you are from the same household, play strictly in single buggies.
Do not congregate at the club. No, seriously. We will be locked down if found to be in breach.
Max 2 in the Golf Shop at once. In side door, out fountain court door.
Keep 1.5m distance.
Providing we are following these instructions, we have a good case to continue playing. Let’s do the right thing to protect each other.
Thanks for your cooperation,
